Shipping Policy

Ventrix HVAC Supply provides efficient shipping methods and affordable packaging for all HVAC equipment and supplies. We ensure transparent and reasonable costs to build trust with our customers. Our goal is to make sure that your orders are delivered on time and in optimal condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Ventrix HVAC Supply, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the efficiency of our operations. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

 

1. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs for defective or damaged products will be covered by Ventrix HVAC Supply.

 

2. Non-Defective Product Returns

 

We accept returns for non-defective products within 30 days of delivery; however, a 20% restocking fee will apply. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns.

 

3. Return Process

 

To initiate a return:

• Contact our customer support team at business@ventrixsupply.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• Pack the product securely, including the original packaging and any accompanying materials.

• Clearly label the RMA number on the outside of the package.

 

Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom orders or special-order items.

• Products with signs of use or wear.

• Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

 

5. Refund Process

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.

 

6. Additional Information

 

Ventrix HVAC Supply reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy. For any questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team at 855-836-8749.
